Igor V. Zyuzin is Chief Executive Officer of Mechel Mining OAO, Mechel OAO’s subsidiary owning the group’s mining assets, since July 2011. In July 2010, Mr. Zyuzin took the post of Chairman of Mechel OAO’s Board of Directors. Before then, Mr. Zyuzin had been Mechel OAO’s CEO since December 2006. Since March 2003, when Mechel was established, Mr. Zyuzin served as the Chairman of our company’s Board of Directors.
