Our companies offer a wide range of opportunities for skill development and promotion. For example, each year at the Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant’s Training Center, 4,600 people receive training, retraining, and education in a secondary occupation, while 6,000 people participate in various courses to further develop their skills in their current field. Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant also runs the «Program for Developing Sponsorship of Regional Public Educational Institutions». Every year, the best pupils from 11 schools receive scholarships from the plant’s general director. Southern Kuzbass Coal Company financially supports a library in Mezhdurechensk.
