Mechel keeps norms of the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies of the Russian Federation and the world’s highest requirements in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and rules of the NYSE (Section 303A), following to which is obligatory for foreign issuers.
